Advance Practice Certification: APHSW-C

Advanced Practice Social Work Palliative & Hospice Certification

Established in 2019, this is an exam based certification based on ongoing national job anaylsys.

APHSW-C requires:

2 years Post Master  Experience in serious illness care (min 4000 hours of practice)
Social Work Degree
State Licensure

Pass psychometrically based, objective Exam
