Reflections: Inequities; Deepening the Conversation, Informing Practice

Reflections: Inequities; Deepening the Conversation, Informing Practice Terry, Anne & Vickie have started recording conversations about inequities. Using videos from a variety of sources, we get together and discuss the content, hoping to deepen the conversation, and inform our practice.

The intention of these conversations is to honor patients and families who have shared aspects of their lives which invite us to teach each other and learn from their voices, enrich our work – the tone and depth of our voice and actions.

The Reflections Project is a wonderful educational tool and resources. Some have used it in their classrooms as assignments; others have assigned their students to do their own interview around one of the topics.
Sharing with colleagues, presenting at IDT or using within your own didactic presentation are all wonderful ways to share the information.
